Karts by Birel

The great news for 2011-For those of you who are new to
the karting world, the Go kart (My first kart), launched last
year with great success represents the ideal solution. It is
about a kart that is equipped with a 4-stroke Subaru engine,
ready to go, easy to drive without complications and able to
combine the best reliability and fun.
Certainly the aim should be fun - the first step in this
fascinating world is not to immediately start a professional
racing career.
The kart derives from racing, it consents many adjustments to
set-up and equipment, from the brake system to the accessories,
is guaranteed with Freeline quality.
The motor has been transformed and adapted by the Birel
technicians and offer the best of fun at minimum cost and
maintenance.
The Go Kart is also ideal to offer a captivating kart and with a
high qualitative level for their own selective clients inserting
this Go Kart between racing karts and the traditional rental
karts.
Chassis: It’s fun and easy to take it to the limit. But
it can also enhance the skills of more experienced drivers who
can make adjustments to set-up, both at the front and the rear.
It is quite “free” and enhances the characteristics of the
engine: to use it at its best requires “clean” driving.
Equipment: The kart is “ready to go”, complete with all
of the accessories, tires included. The livery and composition
are those of a true competition kart: The black bodyworks with
Cik-Fia approval ensure an attractive look, while all of the
accessories, from rims and hubs to spindles, are guaranteed by
the Freeline brand, combining the best quality and price. The
seat is a generous size and allows for the use by gentleman
drivers who aren’t particularly long-limbed. The hydraulic
braking system, however, provides a 200 mm disc that combines
reliability and security.
Engine: The engine is a Subaru 4-stroke, with 210 cc
and 7 horse-power, transformed and adapted with various details
(including a dry clutch) by the Birel engine division, for the
needs of the track. It guarantees absolute reliability and
essentially no maintenance intervention. Suitable for all types
of users, from the beginner to the expert driver who knows how
to appreciate its vitality.




Here it is, the other BIG news for 2011. In Manche-2 the first
Teams classified of Manche-1 will race with the Birel "My First
KArt" chassis equipped with the new 4 Stroke-4 Speeds 170cc
engines!!! A great torque and the 4 speeds will solve the
typical 4stroke single speed problem: the fixed ratio. A slow
ratio means high response in slow bends but low speeds, a high
ratio means low response in sloe bends and grater speeds. Now
with this engine it's enough to change one speed and go...!!
